　　Power Cutters work on the same principle as a shaped charge for perforating.The major difference is that power cutter is a circumferential device,generating a“disc”metallic jet.The cutters will,under ideal conditions,produce smooth-cuts with some degree of flaring at the cut.

　　Power Cutter tool can be conveyed and initiated by wireline or e-slickline.And it does not need any anchor tools in operation.
